Tangerang City,Pilarmedianusantara.com – The Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenpan RB RI) has officially released the 2024 Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) Index. Tangerang City marked a significant milestone with a score of 3.85, earning the “Very Good” category and securing the second-highest position in Banten Province.
Head of Tangerang City’s Department of Communication and Informatics (Diskominfo), Indri Astuti, highlighted that the 3.85 score represents a remarkable improvement from the 2023 score of 2.97.
“This is the highest index ever achieved by the Tangerang City Government in SPBE implementation. We extend our gratitude to all parties for their cooperation and collaboration in enhancing SPBE in Tangerang City,” said Indri on Saturday (January 4, 2025).
Indri emphasized that SPBE is not merely about technology or applications but represents a broader transformation and paradigm shift.
“It signifies the presence of a bureaucracy that serves rather than complicates or delays. The SPBE implementation in Tangerang City aims to continuously lead to effective and efficient public services,” she explained.
Currently, Tangerang City has launched SPBE Version 2, officiated by Acting Mayor Nurdin. The new version adheres to Tangerang Mayor Regulation No. 25 of 2024 on SPBE, along with supporting regulations such as:
Tangerang Mayor Decree No. 1045 of 2024: Cybersecurity Strategy and Cyber Crisis Management Guidelines for SPBE.
Tangerang Mayor Decree No. 323 of 2024: Tangerang City SPBE Coordination Team.
“In SPBE Version 2, there are enhancements in SPBE management, including risk management, information security management, data management, ICT asset management, human resource management, knowledge management, change management, and service management,” Indri stated.
This initiative reflects Tangerang City’s commitment to advancing digital governance and delivering exceptional public service quality.
