Tangerang city,pilarmedianusantara.com – The Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) of Tangerang City reported a total realization of IDR 1,202,775,842,238 for Land and Building Tax for Rural and Urban Areas (PBB-P2) and Land and Building Acquisition Fees (BPHTB) in 2024.
Head of Bapenda Tangerang City, Kiki Wibhawa, revealed that PBB-P2 revenue reached IDR 570,577,082,228 or 105.66% of the target of IDR 540 billion. Meanwhile, BPHTB generated IDR 632,198,760,010, achieving 96.96% of the target of IDR 652 billion.
“We appreciate taxpayers who paid their taxes on time. Compared to last year, we saw an increase—PBB-P2 rose by 5% or IDR 28 billion, and BPHTB increased by 7% or IDR 40 billion,” said Kiki on Tuesday (31/12/24).
Looking ahead, the target for PBB-P2 in 2025 is set at IDR 610 billion, while the BPHTB target is IDR 650 billion. Kiki urged Tangerang residents to utilize digital payment channels for ease of tax transactions.
“We have provided multiple options for taxpayers. Payments can be made through the Tangerang LIVE app, bjb Digi, GoPay, Blibli, Bukalapak, Livin by Mandiri, Shopee, LinkAja, Pos Indonesia, OVO, and Tokopedia. Offline payments are also available at bjb Bank, Alfamart, Indomaret, and Pos Indonesia. For those preferring in-person payments, they can visit the Tangerang Public Service Mall, UPT West Region, UPT East Region, or bjb Bank tellers,” he explained.
In 2025, new tax targets will include levies on Vehicle Tax (PKB) and Vehicle Title Transfer Tax (BBNKB). Kiki expressed gratitude to taxpayers for contributing to Tangerang City’s development.
“The target for Vehicle Tax is IDR 387 billion, while the target for Title Transfer Tax is IDR 287 billion. The participation rate among taxpayers in Tangerang City has increased from 82% to 89% in 2024. This gives us great optimism that Tangerang City’s tax revenue targets for 2025 will be successfully achieved,” he concluded.
